商業立項并未受到新政波及
近日，記者來到位于傳媒大學附近的中建·玲瓏山。該項目去年12月底開盤，商業立項，由10棟小高層樓房組成，目前已開盤銷售的只有5號、6號樓，主力戶型為45平方米的開間和65平方米的一居室。
16日，北京市十三屆人大四次會議審查的北京“十二五”規劃綱要草案提出，加快建設東西二環等地下隧道，緩解重點區域交通擁堵。
三條地下隧道線位基本穩定
對此，市規劃委相關負責人稱，北京將規劃建設7條地下隧道，疏解交通擁堵。
目前，7條隧道正在進行規劃設計，具體出入口和線位都沒有最終確定，預計年內完成。
